Had an issue with my DoorDash order. Hooligan's resolved the issue quickly. Best burgers around!! Working on trying them all!! This Jack'd Pepper Burger is killer!

Over half fries were hard and while there wasn't anything really wrong with burger, it just not same as it used to be. It used to remind me of a smash burger and had crispy edges. The taste seemed little different also.

My wife went to pick up, they didnt tell her when she picked up the order that they were out of nuggets and curds, then locked the door after she walked out. I understand we get busy and closing times , but common courtesy goes a long way. I love supporting local business, but I do not think this was the best representation of Hooligan. Food is always great and service has always been amazing prior to this
