The Snow Crab Legs were what I was craving and they were so good! Butter was delicious and the seasoning was good. I got 2 full claws and then one with like 2/3 legs. I ordered the Chocolate Mousse Cake, but received the dessert pictured instead. Slightly disappointed but it was still good! Bagged with care and plenty hand wipes and soem cutlery. Thanks!

The fries were so beyond stale they felt like they were dehydrated. I expected them to come cold because I’m ordering them and they had to be driven here but these fries felt like they had been left out on a counter overnight because they were so dry that there was nothing even reheating them could do. I am not a picky person when it comes to food, I’ll eat about anything (especiallyyyy if I paid for it) but I couldn’t eat these. Even the thicker ones that should have had some moisture left in them I could crack in half. Not to mention the fact that the majority of what was in my container was just the little crispies at the end of a batch of fries, there was not a single full fry in the container. I have had fries from here on numerous occasions and so I know this is absolutely not the quality that they normally are served in. I am extremely disappointed that this was even deemed in good enough “quality” to be served because nomatter if it took time for them to get here these fries were so bad they still would have had to been disgusting before they even left the restaurant. The wings were nowhere near the quality you would get in the store. Half of the ones I received contained cartilage (or some other hard and not edible substance) which has never been a problem in store. The wings I got were also extremely tiny and were smller than the head of a fork. I have never felt strongly enough to leave a review about something but this was so beyond disappointing that I wanted to let other people know not to waste their money.

This is my first time ordering the fish and chips and I have to say the fish was really delicious. It was very fresh and the portion was sizeable. The curly fries were good also. I will surely order this again.👍🏾👍🏾

Queso arrived in mysterious condition. The Chips & Queso was pretty disappointing. It was thick, grainy, and darker than pictured. There was no redeeming the queso, and the chips were slightly overseasoned in my opinion. My Hooters Original Style Wings were alright, itched the craving I had. They were still crispy by arrival but theu were kinda lacking on sauce. Bordering on dry, but mot quite. Same as last time, my order was bagged with care and checked off to make sure all items were in there, so I appreciate that!

I ordered the crab legs and steamed shrimp. Both were terrible. I got pieces/legs with the crab. It definitely wasn't a pound for sure. I didn't have a complete cluster and the meat was very salty. The steamed shrimp was unseasoned and plain. Won't be ordering seafood from them again.
