Charged $15 for a chili Southwest Chili Burger and sent a plain cheeseburger. All the burgers were overly cooked burnt and nasty like they dont scrape the grill clean before cooking.  Even the cheese was crunchy burnt! Wont order ts again ...the second photo is the cheese on the byo B.Y.O.B. Burger. Howww did yall burn it and it some was still delivered cold smh

My smothered burger I ordered had nothing on it but bacon no cheese no onions mushrooms or green peppers and fries were undercooked

Very disappointing. There was no cheese on the sliders as described. The meat was dry. The onion rings were ok. I got a side ceaser salad and there was no shredded cheese on it. I won't order again.
