My only critique is the packaging. It absorbed nearly all the moisture out of my grits and eggs. But they were cooked perfectly, and the flavors were delicious. Ingredients were high quality.

We purchased the cheesecake Croffle and it was such a disappointment. It was literally a croissant that looked like it came from Costco, thrown on a waffle iron for 10 seconds then put in the box. All the toppings were on the side, which would be fine, but I think the description should be more clear that it's literally just a croissant that's not even warmed up. Or there should be some sort of instructional sheet to make it how it would be in the restaurant. We also ordered 2 Banana Bread Lattes, but with different modifications, including milk type. It came to us with zero indicator on what was what so the gal who went dairy free couldn't drink it.

The meals arrived fresh, delicious, and in huge portions! The coffee was warm and delicious as well. Restaurant offers free silverware for those who deliver to work without a full kitchen. Will definitely be ordering from Hope again

I got biscuits and gravy, which were delicious but regret substituting the hashbrowns for loaded hashbrowns. It was loaded with onion to the point, at least for me, it was too much. It was unappetizing. Should have just kept the basic hashbrowns it originally came with. I put in an issue and couldn't get compensated for at least the upcharge.

Blackened Cauliflower & Fried Egg was delicious but not packaged properly for delivery, and much of the cheese was stuck to the container.Needs foil underneath for delivery orders. Also, 2nd day in a row not getting the Drip Coffee I ordered.
