Everything that actually came was delicious as usual. However, I paid for 4 bags of extra chips and didn't receive ANY. I also got 3 large Queso con Carne and only got ONE bag of chips TOTAL. I love Hot Heads, but I was very disappointed bc I ordered the queso and chips to share with my co-workers. While we did all eat some, everyone was supposed to get their own queso and bag of chips (& extra bag if needed) so everyone got to eat however much they actually wanted. Plus, they charged $3 for each extra bag I didn't get. Hopefully, an acceptable resolution will be offered by DD. Also, no sauce on my Cheese Quesadilla. The Li'l Burrito was delicious though! I have always gotten their bowls in the past to use like "nachos", but the burrito was tasty!

Both bowls were filled to the very brim, and came exactly as ordered! I really liked that the store has the dasher snap a picture of the receipt to ensure I got the right order, too! And to top off the amazing experience, they sent 2 cookies instead of just one that I paid for! Will be ordering from here again

bland and unseasoned ingredients. the ingredients in my burrito weren't incorporated throughout the burrito. it was half all rice and half mostly lettuce and guac. the pico tastes like plain diced tomatoes. I didnt taste any lime of cilantro or onion.

the Taco was absolutely amazing and fresh, the Bowl was huge and delicious the portions were massive and I would definitely order it again as I have many times.

the Burrito was absolutely stacked and nicely balanced, multiple ingredients in every bite. this is my second time dashing Hothead and I will definitely be doing it again!
