They've ruined me. I'm not sure how I'll be able to have boil bags anywhere else. Perfect amount of salt and seasoning. Nothing was overcooked. I can't wait to come back. I ate my beignets for breakfast lunch and dinner.

The Fried Seafood BasketFried and Catfish Basket went above what I expected in taste and flavor. My husband really enjoyed the Fried Alligator Bites as well. The portion sizes are well worth the price! This meal was refreshing as we prepare for our 7th Anniversary cruise. I would recommend the Hot n Cajun boil house if your looking for some fabulous well seasoned Fried Seafood Basket. Yes, I would definitely reorder this again!!!

The potatoes and corn were delicious, but the pasta was too salty.
The biggest problem was that the snow crab was very stale; the meat was salty and mushy. Having grown up by the sea, I know exactly what a dead crab tastes like. Considering it cost $63, I don’t think this snow crab was worth the price.

The fried shrimp are huge. The fried oyster delish. Tons of shrimps in the shrimp fried rice.

The shrimp po boy was great. But the boiled shrimp was horribly overcooked. It was impossible to get it out of the shells in tact without it falling apart. It was mushy and just didn't taste fresh, the texture was severely off. Really sad because this was expensive and I expected something at least relatively fresh. They also forgot my side of melted butter.
