even tho there are so many places that sell shawerma practically the same block, I always order from here because it's amazing every single time!

"I had an incredible experience with this restaurant. I mistakenly ordered meat instead of chicken, and when I reached out, the owner personally came to my house and replaced it with a chicken shawarma free of charge. Their dedication to customer service is truly remarkable. I highly appreciate their kindness and professionalism—this is by far the best store I’ve ever visited!"

Usually I don't write reviews. but this is second time im getting wrong order. i didn't get what i paid for. and the packaging is always poor, got my food in only in plastic bag , no side orders as said on the menu.

Completely different from last time I ordered this same exact order. Last time it came with fries and small side salad. This is nothing like pictured.
