My dasher was playing around and delivered it late and cold... but these were still some of the best tacos ive ever had! Everything was delicious

This was my first time ordering from House of Birria.
For starters, the food arrived fresh and on time. The 3 Cheesy Birria Taco Combo was very filling and delicious. The rice was fluffy and tasty. The flavor of the beans was bland to me, but still tasty, with the right amount of melted cheese. The stars of this combo were the three birria tacos. The seasoned, tender meat was amazing along with the diced onions and cilantro. The escabeche (pickled veggies: carrots and onions) and lime enhanced the already delicious flavor of the tacos.
The Cheesy Asada Taco (1) is another worthwhile item to order.
The rich flavored horchata was sweet with a hint of cinnamon. It could have used a bit more ice but that didn't take away from the goodness.
Prices are comparable to other Mexican restaurants I have ordered from. Serving size was sufficient.

1. I understand it was a delivery, but still soggy. Might as well have been a burrito.
2. Who charges for consome!? Extra, totally get it, but not even a drop of the juice on the order!? Birria is literally in your name, and you don't even toss a hot sauce size consome? Shame.
3. The sides are good enough but not worth what I spent.
