Amazing!! Monte Cristo was stacked and paired well with a strawberry jelly. The fries were perfectly crispy. The Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs was warm and tender.The white gravy had my hubby melting into every bite. This place is soo much more than pies. Def recommend!

food was very good, although packed a bit messy.
Regency Club - can't go wrong with a turkey club. food was yummy, fresh & each component was done nicely. the sauce, not quite mayo, hint of a kick but not horse radish, was a nice surprise. would get again.
*tried their Mac & cheese as a side option. was ok. very mild cheese sauce, looks cheesier than it is. think the sauce needs perhaps a bit of spice, garlic, pepper, paprika & either mixing a stronger cheese in addition or shredded/melted on top as a crust to help. not my first option if craving a good Mac & cheese.
*my only sticking point with the sandwich,was either need a different style box or pack differently. the quarters were double picked to another making it hard to separate & making a bit of a mess with the sandwich.New York Strawberry Cheesecake Slice - fresh ingredients, nice size slice, tastes great. always a winner & def recommend.

The Regency Club had been a favorite of mine since 40 years ago when I first ordered it at the Kirby Dr location. It is no longer a favorite. I will not order it again. I believe that the turkey is no longer the fresh roasted cut slices of turkey breast. It is now the slimy wet (I suspect nitrite filled) deli meat that has no flavor. The "toasted" bread and bits of flavorless lettuce and tomato were soggy.
The loaded baked potato was a good choice over my usual crispy fried squashed tater tot like potato option. The packaging was very good. I wish more restaurants would use this firm solid plastic clamshell container that actually contains the food and liquids and fastens securely.
The napkin and utensil packet was inadequate. The utensils were too small and too thin to take on the job at hand. The fork melted and severely warped (the tines could have braided and twisted around the handle) when I tried to use it to eat the baked potato. The small and thin napkin was only enough wipe my finger tips once. Sadly, overall the meal was a pass. Disappointing from a restaurant that I had long enjoyed, the cost cutting has destroyed an old favorite.
