It was good! The flavors were great but the spice levels were lower than you'd think. I got mild, but it tasted like a normal chicken sandwich. If you want a little spice then I recommend getting higher than mild! The house sauce was a nice sweet and spicy sauce, I liked it! The fries tasted great too, they were just a little on the harder side. The flavored lemonades were a little sharp, a bit too sweet for my liking but it was a nice contrast to the spice in the food.

I have ordered twice. Same issues both times. The chicken and coleslaw had absolutely no flavor. The only redeeming quality was that the fries were still crunchy and the sauce is good (albeit on the sweet side) but I don't know that I like my fries sweet (except for sweet potato fries). For the price, it isn't worth ordering again when there are better chicken places locally that have flavor, crunch, and are more tactfully priced.

Seasoned with absolutely zero salt, leaving the chicken bland with a dusty outside that requires sauce to be remotely edible. On top of that, the price was way overvalued for what you get compared to other places. The fries are fine, they remain crispy long after they go cold, but I still won't be ordering here again.

I waited until there was a deal to try out this store. Very underwhelming. Not the best flavor. The fries are are bland, nothing special about them. What should be the star of the 3 Tenders & Fries basket, the tender, is cooked great but flavor wasn't the best. Overall, not worth the price and definitely wouldn't order again.

I was extremely disappointed with this place. The chicken was very dry and not that spicy. They sent me an Original Hot Chicken Sandwich with no condiments on it. I ordered cheese fries and they didn't send cheese fries. Far too expensive to have such poor quality and attention to detail.
