Went here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I am not someone who can handle spice but I found that the honey rub was delicious and wonderfully paired with with the house sauce! House sauce is perfect, creamy and has the right amount of spice level! Will be back again!

Honest opinion, Chicken sandwich was good, still juicy and flavorful. Milkshake Chocolate & Milkshake Strawberry were delicious. French fries were okay. House Sauce (2 oz) is to sweet for my liking. Overall not bad 7 out of 10, not a favorite or something I will come back to. Dave's is overall better on all categories.

I've ordered here about four times, usually the Sandwich & Tender. Good quality and good value for the food you get in Seattle. I love that spicy means spicy! I'm a champ with spicy food, but liftoff has me panting. The only time I had a bad experience was when I ordered a tender marked “scorpion level,” and it came with almost no seasoning, though it may have just been a one-off.

Everything was so good & fresh perfect portion size the flavor was amazing the chicken was tender this might be my favorite salad so far definitely gonna order from here again!!!

Out of the 3 different tenders, fries and Mac and cheese I only finished one tender. The honey rub tender was good and juicy. Idk who I thought I was ordering the Liftoff (spiciest) cause that was waaay too spicy for me, took one bite and couldnt dare take another. I normally like and can handle spice but I'm writing this review 2 hours later and my are lips still burning. The scorpion was alright might've been able to finish but they didn't label the tenders or package them separately so I ate the spiciest one second by accident. Took a bite of the scorpion to try it but the burn from the Liftoff I couldn't handle anymore. Even tho I give a thumbs down for my first time here I'd be willing to try them again maybe for just their chicken and just not order the spiciest one again. If you're in search for a spicy chicken challenge then try out the Liftoff!
Why I really give a thumbs down were for the sides. The fries were stale and inedible and the Mac and cheese was a waste of money. Im surprised it's rated #2 most liked, MID at best and that's being generous. It tastes like those frozen tv dinner Mac and cheeses
