Hsiang is the first authentic Asian restaurant to hit the scene since San Lin East and the Buddha left Elkton, MD. The food was amazing, ordered delivery so you know I gotta visit the restaurant soon. I had the Protein Bomb and the spice profile was impeccable. The chef is an absolute master class in his craft. Hurry up and buy! You'll be glad you did.

The Original 经典YYDS is very good & a large portion. Fried Crab Ragoon (5 Pcs) weren't sweet, a lot restaurants add sugar to them. I'll order them again. Back Street Noodles 夜市 The noodles were cooked perfectly.

The dumplings were burnt, smelled burnt and tasted burnt which was odd bc the veggies inside were just mush. We threw them away. The noodle Create Your Wok Stir Fry Bowl was good, spicy and vegetables cooked consistently.

Create Your Wok Stir Fry Bowl tasted good but was mostly rice... Paid so much extra for protein and got the minimum. The Coke and Coconut Milk were hot... not cold

INCONSISTENT AT BEST, STRAIGHT UP NASTY AT WORST.
My mom and I had ordered from this place a month or two before reordering on a night where pizza was seeming like not enough substance for a meal. We decided on two rice bowls, one shrimp and one tofu, two ginger ale's & a Fried Crab Ragoon (5 Pcs). Mind you, it was done very fast. At first I was excited cuz I remembered the first time we ordered it was surprisingly good/fresh. So the order gets here within the first 20 mins of me placing the order. Driver leaves the order right in front of my screen door (making it impossible to not spill the bag when retrieving it) which is just a personal pet peeve cuz everyone should know how gravity works. Even if you wanna say you thought the door came inwards instead of outwards, that still makes the odds of someone stepping on their food/spilling their food like 80/20. But anyways, first thing i notice, cans of soda, warm. My mom tried to say well it was with the hot food, nah, there was no condensation at all, those sodas were never cold. Then the Fried Crab Ragoon (5 Pcs) had a weird grimey texture to the filling while also managing to be neither hot or crispy. Finally the bowls were probably 15oz of rice and .02oz of protein. Shrimp bowl for $15 had FOUR shrimp. Tofu bowl, same price, same protein quantity. Never again. Horrible and honestly embarrassing experience! Do not recommend to anyone. Only recommendation I give for this place is to CLOSE!
