My husband and I love this place! The taste has us ordering over and over again. My husband gets The Mississippi Skillet and never has any complaint. I always get Tom's Scramble and leave the table satisfied with each meal. The portion size for the price is something you can't beat considering the quality of the dishes. They are always delivered hot and fresh. The chicken fried steak is cooked to perfection. It is never chewy and the batter is light and crispy. Huckleberrys the best place for chicken fried steak, hands down! We will continue to reorder these dishes without a doubt.

This is our go to for breakfast, but the meat to starch ratio was very underwhelming this time. The chicken fried steak was deliscious in my Tom's Scramble ! But the size of it compared to the biscuits and egg were puny. I also did not get very much gravy. My husband's The Mississippi Skillet had very little bacon and ham. The portion size was much smaller as well. We order almost every weekend because the value and taste is usually spot on. But, this time, we were very disappointed.

The hashbrowns and country reds were inedible and were thrown away due to being raw and the contry potates were so starchy and hard like old potatoes taste. i usually have great food here but they severly dropped the ball today.

I asked for a rare Steak and it came as "Done" with no pink at all I was a really dissatisfied, The Hash Browns I expected with a little more crunch but they were quite soft and mushy like, I ended up not eating them, I ordered Sausage Links but instead was given sausage patties, the scrambled eggs were ok just be sure to ask for salt and pepper as they were without seasoning it seemed.
