Listen i was like, why was my Strawberry Lemonade so expensive, and guess what? it is worth EVERY penny, this is thee best strawberry lemonade i have ever had in Modesto!!! Also the Crepes, i think i need to give the chef a big smooch because EVERYTHING was sooo good, honestly debating the next time going in person instead of ordering online at how scrumptious this place was. I never wrote reviews but this is my new favorite breakfast spot now !!

we LOVE huckleberry's. we order here frequently and decided to order brunch for my wifes birthday. but today's breakfast was disappointing.. the potatoes were hard and under cooked, our drinks were all ice and there was no flavor or fruit in the strawberry lemonade or swamp tea we ordered. Basically colored ice water. we typically order a side of biscuits and gravy which comes assembled in a separate container. but today we were given one biscuit in a tiny container and bowl of gravy. we ordered sunny side up eggs and they were just runny fried eggs. what happened today? 😕

U left out:  Butter and Syrup for the waffle and not a drop of Gravy for the 2 pieces of chicken fried steak.  I have ordered from ur restaurant several times but will NEVER AGAIN.  Btw there was nothing crispy about the waffle it was actually moist and gooey and one of the sausages was completely hard couldn't even bite through it.  I'm so disappointed in your cooking abilities.  I am a chef as well.  I'll stick to my own cooking skills. Blackbear is good quality and they give you gravy butter and syrup with this same order.

We had a Cajun omelette and a make your own omelette with shrimp. The same order we did on Mother's Day and it was incredible.  Today the muffins were stale and hard. The gravy was very salty and greasy.  The omelettes were full of grease.
The only thing that was fresh, was the fruit cup. ￼
We won't go back again in the near future
