Crispy chicken tenders was one regular chicken strip and 2 pieces that weren't even chicken nugget size. Brownie was so hard I couldn't even bite through it.

The jalapeño poppers was over cooked. No cheese left in them at all. They barely gave any gravy and it was cold and also gave me cold soggy fries. I have always gotten good food here until now. Very disappointing.

I ordered jalapeno Jalapeño PoppersHomestyle Shrimp* Dinner (Imported) and a Huddle Triple Smash Deluxe. We received 4 poppers mixed with fries??? 5 shrimp, when 8 were advertised. And there were just sliced tomatoes COVERING the shrimp. The tomatoes on my burger still had the stems on them. This was awful....

the bacon and hamburger were both burnt, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. it was hard to chew because it was burnt to a crisp. I also ordered an extra side of tots but only got ones that came with my meal. the tots were cooked to long and tasted like old grease
