French toast sticks are literally just heated frozen French toast with no syrup or whipped cream for $7 French Toast Sticks the $3 guacamole Side of Guacamole was less then half full

I ordered a BacoRito last week and it was delicious. The BacoRito I got today is not from the same restaurant, which would be fine, except it is not the same item at all. Burrito was not grilled, home fries on it instead of tots (home fries have onions and peppers which are not something i wanted) and just overall, a different burrito entirely.
Not the same item I ordered last time, and not the item described on the menu.
