Simply the best! I've been a huge fan of this place since it first opened up. I love taking my wife on the motorcycle from Vegas to Boulder for the best breakfast/brunch around! The staff is incredible. They are always professional, respectful, kind, and helpful. My wife even has food allergies and they always take good care of her! I live in Henderson now, and on the busy weekends I order from Boulder and it gets here fast. I'm a lifelong customer, in person and online. The Asada y Huevo is a must try, as well as the red velvet waffles! Also, the Michelada is delicious and hots the spot every time. Food portions are sometimes enough to share and always fresh and tasty.

I am quite the food snob! Huevos Avenue far exceeded my expectations. The quality, quantity along with quick service were top notch. Everything was cooked to perfection. Pancakes were fluffy and flavorful and bacon was thick and cooked perfect. Hashbrowns were moist and the eggs fluffy. They deserve above and beyond five stars! I really loved all the flavors. I had Berry French Toast while the berries didn't have much flavor the toast was amazing and fresh. My husband had the other plate and he said it was amazing. We both would definitely order from here again. The portions were nice and perfect. Great job.
