This store has repeatedly not given the dashers my full order as it was ordered. This time I ordered a Weekend Lunch Grill Meal with the side of rice option in the meal ticked. Since I know the side of rice portion is small I ordered and paid for an additional Side Of Rice. I only received one side of rice. My Weekend Lunch Grill Meal was not made correctly either. I asked for 4x krab and 1x chicken, but there was only a couple small pieces of krab meat and a bunch of chicken. The noodles were incredibly dry again. I also asked for sunflower kernels and didnt receive them for the second time. The staff do not pay attention to detail so much so that they have ruined my orders twice in a row. I tried to call the store five times but each time the phone just kept ringing and nobody ever answered. So disappointed as this was my splurge for the month.

After placing my order, I needed to make some adjustments. I called the store & spoke w Tom, who was incredibly helpful. He grabbed my ticket to make sure he was the one who was gonna make my meal so he'd get it right. He even called me back when he noticed some items i wanted in my stir fry weren't available, & made my requested adjustments just as we discussed. He went above & beyond to help make my meal perfect. i LOVE how amazing the staff is at the Council Bluffs HuHot!! Thank u!!

I normally love Huhot, but this was the worst meal I've ever had from there. It was basically soup and there was something very off about the flavor. And what is with the new sausage? Why did you change it?
