Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetables
The pork belly is marinated, sauteed, and steamed with salted and sun dried Chinese cabbage. The pork belly is embedded with full flavor of the fried cabbage. Steamed for two hours, the meat and the cabbage is so soft, and deliciously tender. The dish is rich flavored, but not greasy. The dish comes with steamed buns for wrapping the sliced pork belly.
