The food was absolutely amazing. The mixture of all the ingredients in the bowl were bursting with flavor and the baklava was delectable and absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommend ordering food from Hummus Republic, the food and the service is amazing and I will definitely be ordering from them again. Their wraps are also to die for by the way!

The Mushroom Shawarma Rice Bowl (Vegan) was great!
With cucumbers, white cabbage, red onion.
Ordered as an FA on 15 hour layover. BOGO helped me get one to pack for tomorrow's breakfast, too.
Veggies tasted fresh, good spice level and flavor (roasted eggplant hummus & roasted red pepper tahini YUMM!!). Also, lemon and olive oil nice touch on the rice.
Overall, it felt like a light, clean meal that left me satisfied and satiated. I'm grateful I decided to order here. Thanks so much!

Do not sleep on this place, order now! The food is super fresh. The zesty feta is AMAZING. Make sure you snag a side of pita at the least! Portions are huge. Everything I have ever had here is amazing, and the owners are super nice and friendly. Two thumbs up!

Cost to quantity ratio is unjustifiable, especially given the poor quality. My middle eastern husband was very disappointed . Build your own bowl was 2/3 empty. Bad hummus. Bad falafel. Undercooked crispy chicken. tzatziki was OK
