OMG. I have been looking for a great pita Place like this for a while. I tried the mushroom shawarma pita and I have to say I wasn't a fan but that's because it was a texture issue and I'm autistic.I threw in some falafels I had on hand instead. every single one of their tahini sauces, the regular, the red pepper, the jalapeno garlic were all excellent. but I think the red pepper is my favorite. I couldn't put this down it was so good. the dolmades. ....I have tried them at several places and I've never been a fan. I've changed my mind. they were so light and Airy and good. my only complaint was the eggplant hummus. I guess I was expecting kind of a baba ganoush hummus mix. it was very Bland and flavorless. otherwise, goodbye CAVA, hello hummus Republic

Yellow Rice and Falafel were too dry, definitely not fresh. Rice felt undercooked as well. Dressing, Peppers were concentrated on one side of the wrap, dressing on the bottom, peppers on the top.
Probably will not order again.

They added ingredients I didn't ask for (such as beets and eggplant) and the portions are also very small... I don't think I will order from here again.
The pita chips are also very overcooked.
