Some of the best falafel ive had! Crisp and hot when delivered.plus the Moroccan hot sauce was really good.

Always great food from Hummus Republic. Great customer experience and humble staff. I would recommend to anyone to come try this spot. It's fresh and tastes great. Lastly the size of the bowl is huge! If you're hungry you will leave happy.

They have drastically raised their prices and the quality has gotten worse. We received the most mushy, almost inedible pitas. The steak was not even close to the quality of steak we received before and there was like 3 pieces of lettuce that was so soggy from the overwhelming amount of hummus.. going back to cava if im going to pay the same price for worse quality

I've ordered from Hummus Republic in Scottsdale twice just this week—that should say something right off the bat. I went with the chicken shawarma bowl both times (can't resist it!) and took advantage of their two-for-one deal. I shared the second bowl with my coworker, and it was her first time trying Mediterranean food—she loved it!
The chicken shawarma is absolutely my favorite—a true flavor explosion in every bite. The textures are spot-on too, especially the crispy chickpeas, which add the perfect crunch. And don’t get me started on the pita chips—crispy, well-seasoned, and totally addictive.
If you're craving bold flavors and fresh ingredients, Hummus Republic delivers. Highly recommend—10/10!

This was the double chicken bowl. I paid nearly $20 plus tip for this and the total weight was less than 8 oz of food. Pathetic.
It tastes good but I would expect much more for what I paid.
