The Rice noodles /w pork. ,pork liver&pork blood in reserved soup. 湖南正宗杀猪粉（秘制骨汤底，猪肉，猪肝，猪血)
I was expecting some liver but there was only two small pieces. There was more pork loin slices. Good amount of pork blood. The flavor was very rich in pork, it could be balanced with more pickled cabbage so that it would not just taste salty. Overall I like the other rice noodles better than this one.

This place is a hidden gem. I had a #1 and it blew my expectations away. When they said "extra spicy," they weren't kidding. I recommend to add just the beef into the noodles and not the soup/sauce that the beef comes in. If that's not spicy enough, try putting a bit of the beef soup/sauce. The flavors are 10/10, even just the broth. The noodles have just enough bounce and bite. I'll definitely order again

So filling. Just what I've been looking for! Beef rib on the bone! Lots of noodles! Flavorful broth! Don't change and I will continue to be loyal 🙂

our go-to dishes are the signature beef bone Mifen and the spicy crayfish Mifen. both are out of this world!

Size too small considering the price. Taste okay not worth the extra. Ordered their no spicy item came super spicy. Not recommended.
