they didn't have 3 Jack's Fried Chicken Boneless Pieces that I ordered, so they reimbursed me with 6 or 9 nuggets(can't recall the exact number now, but was plenty), 2 plum bbq sauces for them and a double patty in one of the burgers, when I ordered single(maybe it was a mistake, but I took it as an effort to make things right :)
although nuggets weren't what I ordered and I was a bit disappointed, I appreciate them trying to rectify that.
quality of burgers was up to usual standard, all good here.
will be ordering again.

I paid for a LARGE Whopper® Cheese Value Meal , but only received "medium"(small) chips, & they couldn't even add a straw for the drink.
I paid for 2 slices of cheese on the Mega Jack® Value Meal Meal, but only got 1. There was SO much sauce on the burger, that it was sliding without a touch once it had been unwrapped. Trying to take a bite was awkward & sloppy. I think it would be ok if there was half the amount of sauce.
Chicken Fries & Sauce were Cold, wrinkled, & dried out. -
Took the driver roughly 10 mins, no longer than that, to drop it off. Well, everything was luke warm/cold. So yeah... not cool....

really not lying about the snack wrap but its more like a single bite wrap... with the wrong sauce and my whopper missing bacon looking old and crusty and with a chicken nugget onboard... the burgers really arent better anymore at hungry jacks

do not order the coffee actual dirt water but the burgers tasted very fresh and nummy and so did the nug nugs and the belgium

Unlikely you will get the food you order.
On several occasions have had multiple items missing from order... chips , drinks , nuggets.
DoorDash is very unhelpful and will only refund you $9 from a $60 order.
