I ordered a Traditional Chicken Bucket with baked chicken instead of fried. I got 2 baked pieces and the rest were fried. In addition, the chicken was very dry and somewhat cold, so it seemed pretty old. Please just cancel the order if you can't fulfill the request.

They are also usually out of sides this time buttered corn. I ordered ahead of dinner rush and assumed options should have been avail

Food was good, but this is the 2nd time food was missing (rolls) and vegetable substitution was made. Disappointing.
