The roasted chicken was terrible, the cornbread was inedible. It was so dry it literally crumbled. The only thing edible was the macaroni and cheese. I wanted mashed potatoes and gravy as a side but was told it'd be a 15 minute wait for potatoes so I opted for the macaroni and cheese instead. Not only do I not recommended ordering from Hy-Vee, I highly discourage it.

I ordered Mongolian Beef (which was overcooked and tasted horrible) and fried rice (which was overcooked and so hard). My husband ordered BBQ beef sandwich with no veggies and they substituted without notice for pork tenderloin with veggies - my husband has no teeth and could not eat the sandwhich at all and his fries were hard.
