Steak was cooked perfectly. Onion straws were undercooked. Love the pretzel stick you get with it! You only get a very small amount of bernaise sauce at a charge of $5. This needs fixed.

The classic baked onion soup was miniscule for being $13. Maybe $6 would be appropriate, but it was about 1/2cup worth of soup. The potatoes gruyere gratin was dry, rather cold, and flavorless; it tasted like they were old. The roasted garlic whipped potatoes were over-salted, thin, lumpier than usual, and INTENSELY garlic-y. The five cheese mac & cheese was okay - mildly flavored and creamy - but had wayyy too many breadcrumbs (untoasted, too).
I got Doordash from them a few months ago as well, and the quality was equally bad - including the overcooked, extremely charred and bitter tasting meat. The mashed potatoes then were oddly chemical tasting, but had a good texture.
Probably go in-person if you can; I've had much, much better experiences with Hyde Park that way.

I was expecting two 7oz cuts from the description, but I think I only got one. I also thought I was getting whipped butter with my bread. the potatoes were in a small pool of butter. Everything was still very tasty, but I was expecting something a little different

Incredible Filet Minon. The Cabarnet Sauce adds such a distinctive flavor to it as well.

Normally food from there is excellent, but tonight it was hardly mediocre. So disappointing when spending $160. Was not a treat worth it.
