Very tasty, my favorite was the ham and cheese, generous on both which was nice.

Had the bingsu blueberry lavender the other day and it was a good serving and pretty good, a little too sweet for me but the wife liked it. The Tiramisu Croffle we ordered was extremly small for nearly $16 the croffle is hard and dry, we also ordered drinks and i'm not sure why they aren't mixed, sat there mixing it for 5 minutes because for some reason it wouldn't mix easily, and eventually the drinks tasted somewhat okay. I wouldn't have anything else besides the bingsu.

O-Yogurt Bingsu. was delicious, there's a great balance of sweetness. The fresh topping made it even better. 5 Bungeo-Ppang had great tasting fillings and filling options, however they were a bit burnt on the outside. If they were golden brown I would rate this place 5 ⭐. Overall, very good.

Got the Lotus Bingsu. and Croffle Only - 3 Pack. This place is great. I travel to Hillsboro for work, and will make stops here whenever I can. Wished there was IC Bingsu where Iive.

Delicious big snacks, scratches the ice cream urge while (usually) avoiding dairy and having enough fruit to count towards daily fruit, not that it's health food by any stretch.
