• 7/1/26Poor service. Arrived at pickup time, they had not even begun the order. Labeled and stapled the bag even though I was waiting, and when I got home and opened it, they hadn't included a straw for a milkshake order.
Shake was good. Local competitor's shakes are not as rich. Personnel were only letdown.

• 5/3/26Bit a of distance for delivery to my area so we haven't tried the soft serve but the Cups & Cones is AMAZINGLY good quality both in ice cream and toppings. Easily the best ice cream around!
