Once again Ichi knocks it out of the park! Amongst a sea of sub-par, lack luster, devil-may-care food deliveries, Ichi stands abovethe fray! Extra care is always shown in the packaging. The Pork Katsu Ramen（Pork Bone Base） is packed for freshness in separate containers, each one with a thankyou and a fortune. My special request was read and adressed personally in a message. I was impressed the first time I ordered here and the level of care has remained the same high standard. Ok, I'll stop with the fangirling, but still the best food delivery service I ever had in Australia.

The food is always delicious and the portion is generous. The Chicken Katsu Curry Rice has such a good crumb, and the Gyu Don (Beef Rice Bowl) is just so good! Thinly sliced marinated beef paired with pickled ginger and rice, it's one of my faves!
I just wish the spring onion pancakes were available on door dash XD !!! They are so tasty!

I ordered the Pan Fried Vegetable Gyoza (V) as well as the Pan Fried Pork Gyoza which were both absolutely amazing and pan fried to perfection! The Miso Soup (GF) was also divine! Promptly ready and will definitely be ordering again soon!

The Pork Katsu Ramen（Miso Base）was delicious. I've had Japanese in Victoria , NSW , Tasmania and France. ICHI compares and is as good as any I've had.
