Pretty good sized portions in the build your own bowls, especially of the protein! We had shrimp, chicken, steak, and tofu between the two of us and none of the protein was weird/chewy like it can sometimes be from other places. The Philadelphia Roll was really great, salmon had a strong (good) smokiness. We will be ordering again!

I'm so mixed, first time trying this restaurant, my favorite part? The mushrooms were perfectly cooked ! I like well done mushrooms and they were! I may or may not order from here again. The Spring Rolls looked like they came from the frozen section of a store, they were sub par. The Side Chicken Fried Rice was way too salty, my steak in the Build Your Own Bowl was overdone and that dish seemed quite salty as well. The portion size on the Build Your Own Bowl is large and that's a plus. Wish they had shelled Edamame I don't enjoy having to shell it and it seemed overdone

First let me start out by saying that the Shrimp Tempura Roll was absolutely delicious. That was my appetizer. I was excited to try the rest. Next I tried the Pot Stickers. I'm guessing because it was the end of the night and closing while my food is being delievered, that someone gave me the left over scraps. For $6, I don't think the portion was in line with the price (even if it was fresh). I received 4 potstickers and they were dry and hard...not edible. When I moved on to the Ichiban Trio Bowl, I was already disappointed but it was decent. Unfortunately I don't see, the shrimp for the rice (that I paid extra for). The star of tonight was the Shrimp Tempura Roll, I would buy that again.

the bowls are amazing. they pack so much food in there, you really get a lot for your money. also the spring rolls with the yum yum sauce is my latest addiction... soooo good

This is the best quality hibachi and sushi for a lower price that you'll find in this area, this is genuinely better than any other sushi or hibachi that i've had within a 20 mile radius
