Tuna and the Fresh Salmon N tasted fresh and was a great temperature. Spicy Tuna Roll was a good size for the cost and the Fried Pork Gyoza  (8) were crispy and still hot when they arrived! Great experience!

Shrimp udon is loaded with shrimp and noodles, I added extra cabbage.  The shrimp was overcooked but dish was delicious. Takoyaki octopus is teeny tiny skimpy but the balls are just delicious.  Fried Pork Gyoza is tasty good - a meal by itself.

One of my favorite places in Tuscaloosa for sushi! If in doubt, the Baked Salmon Roll is the most amazing sushi ever, but you can't go wrong with any of it. We placed a large order (7 rolls, sides, and some a la cartes) for a birthday dinner at home. Everything was fresh, made exactly as requested (I have a food allergy and they followed my requests perfectly) and delicious! 
The Crabstick Roll is shown as chopped crab in the photos, like crab salad....but it is in fact crab stick - no complaints though, it was good! 
The Crabmeat Rangoon (8 pc) is my favorite Rangoon in town, be sure to order Extra Sauce (I get shrimp sauce and eel sauce) because it makes the Rangoon even better!! 
Thank you Ichiban for some of the best sushi in town!

Not a lot of negative things to say. Does it taste great, yes. How fresh is the Sushi Lunch Special, it's perfect and well portioned. Would I order this again for the gang? Every. Day. Of. The. Week.

The spicy California roll was not spicy. The whole package was a good portion for the price, and tasted pretty fresh. I likely would not order again and would try somewhere else, as the whole package tasted like the included garlic.
