I love sushi...but i also have a gluten and soy allergy. As you can imagine, it makes it very difficult. Ichiban has become one of my trusted places! They will alter their rolls, and don't even put the to go soy packets in my bag. The fish is high quality, the rice perfectly sticky and flavored, and the rolls are well proportioned between fish and rice. And it is very consistent. I can't comment on everything because...obviously...I can't eat it, but the Salmon RollFirecracker Roll and others I have had are very good. This is my go to place in SM!

I LOVE IT SO MUCH !!!!! SO YUMMY AND AFFORDABLE!!!! I LOVE IT THERE BECAUSE ITS CUTE BUT I LOVE DOORDASHING IT TOO!!!! ALWAYS BOMB WITH UNIQUE FRESH SUSHI ALWAYS PERFECT I LOVE SALMON TEMPURA ROLL!!!!! GREAT PORTION ALWAYS!!!

Got the salmon poke bowl and salmon bomb. Poke bowl had an odd sauce for what I'm used to. Fish in the bomb was fishy tasting. Disappointed because I generally love the sushi here. Definitely won't order this again.

ramen noodles were so over cooked they were mushy. The broth had no flavor and the tempura vegetables were very small, as well as the batter was flat.
