Icchido is ALWAYS ON POINT! Whether in-person or delivery, they never miss! I usually order the same things... Vegetable stir fry ramen, Harumaki and Fried Rice and it is always delicious, hot, and fresh!!! Yummy!! :)

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but this order in tandem with similar experiences both eating in and getting delivery at this restaurant have brought me to that point.
Char Siu Ramen is the most common ramen featured in most restaurants offering it on the menu. Even though ingredients differ slightly from place to place it is well known for being savory, complex, and filled with layers of rich umami.
The broth I received was almost too salty to eat upon first bite. Still I gave it a fair chance, and searched for the depth I was used to in that style of ramen before ultimately realizing that the broth was not only too salty; it was JUST salt. No depth. No complex or even separate flavors. Just salt.
I would have let this slide without a review had it not been for the fact that Ichiddo allegedly specializes in ramen. I may have also let this experience slide if I had paid half as much as I did for the quality of the food I received.

The Char Siu Ramen was by far the best ramen deal I've found here in the Twin Cities, considering how delightfully chewy the noodles were and how tender and smoky (a unique combination) the meat was. Other ramen places would've charged a few more dollars for a meal not even a satisfying as this one. I have found my go-to for when I have a ramen craving!

this place is hands down the best. I mean I just want to consume the broth alone it was that good. noodles cooked to perfection. cabbage everything was wonderful. if you are sick please get the Beef Ramen your throat will thank you🥰🥰

Char Siu Donburi is so so good and nice portion size
love the Gyoza (6 Pc).
Short Ribs (4 Pc) were a little crispy but still good
will be ordering again
