yummy. I got the bento box and was surprised at the meat portion. it was much larger than expected. the only problem is I didn't request extra soy sauce so my order came with none. I expected some soy to be included so now I know.

Tonkotsu Original Ramen is fantastic, it was packed with pork (3-4 thick slices)! Spicy Yellowtail Roll is delicious, the rice is fresh and fluffy. Everything is obviously made to order, nothing is sitting in a warming pan here - it's worth the price every time.

My favorite Ramen spot in Austin. It's my go to, it's consistently good, good portion size, always leaves me super full. I get the Tonkotsu Original Ramen in "spicy", warning though, it certainly is spicy.

while the broth and the eggs were amazing, the pork, in the Tonkotsu Original Ramen was frozen and tasted off. I paid for extra pork and ate two bites of it. Super 😞

the broth is super rich and tasty!There was a lot of broth with a good ratio of noodles and veggies. Was still very warm once i got it and I will definitely oorder again in the colder days
