My husband and I have been on a serious dosa kick lately because we love dosa, and we ordered from ID Cafe the other day because it is just that amazing.
The food absolutely hit. Our favorite was the Vijayawada chicken dosa. It was packed with flavor, perfectly spiced, and incredibly satisfying. Everything tasted fresh and well made, and you can tell they really know how to do dosa right.
As long as you go in knowing it is takeout only, it is 100 percent worth it. If you are a dosa lover or craving solid South Indian food, this place is a great choice. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

Chutneys are being made extremely watery with each order. IDC needs to bring the thick chutneys back, just like their Newark location does.

Basic flavor and texture of the dosa itself isn't good. Mysore Masala Dosa was especially disappointing as the mysore paste was flavorless.
In addition to this, chutneys were extremely watered down to a point that it had no taste.
Only thing decent was masala filling but not enough to make up for the rest of the food.
Overall disappointing, especially given that this place only makes dosas and idlis. Expected better.
