I thought I was going to have to come on here and give them 1 star for customer service and I'm so glad that's not the case. Given, over the phone was a little hectic when I simply wanted to make sure butter was going to be included on the side for the pancakes, but they acted as if it was troublesome talking to 3 different people one being the manager for no reason lol but anyways... I'm mostly reviewing this because I wanted to make sure people remembered how great this restaurant can be. I had forgotten. I had an issue this time around not being able to specifically add any special instructions through the door dash app & had the call them instead, which didn't seem like it had worked that way either by the way people sounded over the phone, but my order was phenomenal. I got extra of everything and I just thought that was amazing of them, because who doesn't like that right?? BUT the food itself was really really good. Their hash browns and eggs are my absolute favorite thing about them.  And how much chocolate chips were in my pancakes! Yum!!! And I got my extra butter thankfully as well. I love that IHOP has these family meals available for everyone!

$4 for these tiny hash browns. And then we paid for 3 syrup caddy's and they came half full. Syrup in the restaurant is free? Also the coffee was gross

Breakfast Sampler 
Double Blueberry pancakes did not have whipped cream nor blueberries on top. Hash Brown order was maybe two tablespoons. Ordered two eggs over medium received scrambled.

the french toast was undercooked in the center, the omelette tasted funky, the sides were room temp at best.

I'm so tired of my hasbrowns being oovercooked. if I wanted crispy hasbrowns I would ask for them.i thought it was an optional
