This was prob some of the best food i have had while visiting here in spokane. Very fresh, nice size port and not to mention how delicious the tres leche pancakes were!! :side note it was deliv very quickly! (I added all of that pepper not them)

Don't order the shakes. I paid $8 for a shake that can fit into a coffee cup and was warm. I looked in the omelet because on top of it was like 2 strips of bacon roughly chopped, there was nothing inside. You tempted me with 2 strips of bacon for $18. I used to like IHOP but now it's just a huge rip off, never ordering again.

The bacon was burnt and the eggs were overcooked. They also was a very small amount of broken up bacon, which I don't think could qualify as four pieces. I don't think I would order again or to go, but I love it in person.

I was very disappointed with the7.99$ shake that was in a small cup. Also the ham was rubbery... I have been ordering from IHOp for a longtime and I dont know why the quality of there food has definitely gone down ..

Bacon was hard as a rock, and my "crispy hashbrowns" were pretty much raw with a very thin layer of burnt potato on each side. Unfortunately the pancakes were soggy, which is likely more due to the plastic case it's in for delivery, but I live a few minutes from iHop, so I was hoping that wouldn't happen. Overall didn't feel worth it for $20 for sure.
