This is the best iHop in the Bay Area, hands down! They care about getting the order correct and all servers are very attentive. The cooks are awesome and they do it right!! No laziness or cutting corners with the staff. I've been a customer in my 25th year now. Order any menu item and it will be delicious!

There was a generous portion of meat, mushrooms, and onions. It was cooked exactly to the right doneness as requested, but the sauce was overly sweet. I'll likely order it again, but ask for the sauce on the side

4 small bit size pieces of chicken, No Spinach, No onions. basically this was just crepes with cheese and sauce. I've had this many many times before and was thrilled that you added it back on the menu. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED. $29 Later. l want order from this location again.

When we ordered a Breakfast Sampler...the hash browns were not crispy (tho we ordered crispy) and the bacon was soggy. The eggs were good, the pancakes did justice. But when someone orders 4 pcs of bacon and 2 pcs of ham...they aren't looking for 2 bacon, 2 ham and 2 sausage. The bread on our side toast could have been crispier as well.

Both omelets were cooked to death with flabby bacon and the hash brown was a child size portion. My husband got violently ill after a few bites and I got a stomach ache. That's unacceptable any time, but most especially when you charge $19 for it.
