I'd do no stars if it was an option
Build your own omelette was missing the items I paid extra for, overcooked and burnt to point I couldn't eat it.
Side of hash browns overpriced, even with up charge, almost $4 for serving about the size of a deck of cards.

This small meal cost $37.00. The 12oz. Shake alone was$10.00
On top of it being way over priced it took 1 full hour to get this 1 meal cooked, and ready. my Dasher was standing by for 40 plus minutes.
I had to call IHOP 3 times, and ask them to move along.
Slow Slow Slow.
PS. crispy hash browns were burnt.

Buffalo Chicken melt was poorly prepared. Chicken was chewy and very little cheese. There was no ranch delivered which is included with the order.
Philly Cheese sandwich was dry, very little cheese, and fries were soggy with both orders.

Ordered extra hashbrowns and barely got a spoonful. Considering the inflated price for it I wasn't to happy.
