Everything was tasty! Season but not salty and hot!The Sirloin Salisbury Steak was excellent. I enjoyed the Buffalo Crispy ￼Chicken Strips & Fries. They came on a sandwich which was kind of a pleasant surprise. Not sure if that was intentional or not, lol.And of course the Split Decision Breakfast Is always a good idea for those of us who can't quite pick.￼￼

The TBone was PERFECT as usual. Tender, cooked just right. The pancakes were great,but they missed 2 of my 6 pancakes, since I ordered 3 sides, 2 pancakes each. But since I have been ordering and eating at IHop for years, I am not going to quibble about it. 32 years of perfect meals are FANTASTIC!!!

The milkshakes are $9.95 each The straw  made wit real straw  was watery and tasted like straw quick milk mix. No  quality items here. It was straw  puree.  The choc shake was sort of choc    Again watery not made with milk  pretty gross and $9.95.  I-hop?  I don't think so

I have ordered from Ihop in the past but was very disappointed in the food quality this time. (Feb 14) The hashbrowns were scorched on top and mostly empty of potatoes when I turned them over. The eggs were tough and rubbery. I'm sure the cook was aware the hashbrowns were burnt, but put them in anyway since we were not physically in the restaurant and felt they could get away with it. That's not good customer service. I might think twice before ordering here again.

the food was great, minus the runny mess in the omelette. the NY cheesecake pancakes came with only a half cup of strawberry syrup and 2 strawberries. but it was delicious
