my chicken biscuit sanwith was total crap. the biscuit was under cooked whichthen resulted in it falling apart literally with the first bite. the chicken was black, so they obviously didn't change the oil and over cooked it. it was very disappointing. especially spending what I did on it. overall I can say I will never order from them again.

Cinnamon Dippers donut holes were dry, but the dip was tasty. The Slice of Ham was so salty it was inedible. Biscuit and Buttermilk Biscuit & Gravy was disappointing and bland.

Omlette was ok but Pancakes were missing - IHOPs is all about the Pancakes! Chicken was made from frozen sticks and not eatable (threw out). What happened to SLO IHOP?

Order did not contain pancakes nor sausages. the two things that my 4 year old clearly wanted.   would be nice if the go to bag would have been stapled shut. receipt outside and check marked off with the items that were ordered. Something a door Dasher can review before leaving the store.
