• 5/6/26everything was very good & fresh. I love that they always provide extra condiments. the milkshake was the only downside, it was very small and i paid almost $7 for it...
I would order again, just maybe not the House-Made Milkshakes.

• 9/21/23Belgian Waffle was good but short on batter and broke apart. Didn't get the Syrup Caddy items I had ordered. The amount of Hash Browns I got for the price was very disappointing.

• 2/8/25I'm not sure if the griddle at IHOP 31st & Memorial is TOO hot or cooks not paying attention, but every so often, the Original Buttermilk Pancakes - (Short Stack) are overcooked/dark brown [like today.] Since Door Dash goes by zip codes, I can't get delivery from the 71st & Lewis IHOP, where I've NEVER had this issue! Thank God the Hickory-Smoked Bacon Strips was PERFECT!

• 7/16/24I tried to send it pictures for the Hash Browns The Classic with Bacon, but my phone is being rude, everything looks and tastes amazing 😻 crispy on the edges and still hot, my Breakfast Sampler has soft butter already with the packaging too, thank you thank you 🩷🩷
