Food is great, perfect for a day filled with work. Paid extra for avocado and only received a thin slice instead of several slices expected for the cost. 
Either way, the food is as expected, huge portions, easy to share.

The Breakfast Sampler was perfectly packaged. The eggs had a good amount of cheese and the bacon was nice and crunchy without being overcooked. And the potatoes had a nice crisp top. The pancakes were warm. The Buttermilk Biscuit & Gravy Combo was delicious too. The biscuits were flaky and there was a generous amount of sausage gravy. I ordered over easy eggs to be delivered and they were perfectly cooked and still warm when they arrived.

IHOP came through for us with perfectly prepared eggs, crisp hashbrowns, & yummy browned sausage links! Love it when we can get a hot breakfast any time with the Breakfast Sampler! (& the Pumpkin Spice pancakes were light 'n fluffy, just so tasty!)

for these prices, this place is horrible. whatever you do don't try this cinnamon bun Cinnamon Bun Crepes,$17 you get two tiny little you get two tiny little crepes and barely any sauce on them filled with a not very tasty filling...pancakes are not very good are not very good and even the breakfast foods are just not good, I strongly recommend Matsu Family Restaurant if you want a good breakfast food.

The chocolate chip pancakes had 3 chocolate chips each and were quite flavorless. The chicken fried steak was decent enough but I likely will not order from iHop again. Save your money and support the local businesses that are much more delicious.
