Delicious! All my family ask for Tom yum sea food ramen because the flavor is spicy and tasty

Miso ramen was legitimately gross. Broth was completely flavourless, pork was flavourless, chicken tasted very wrong. The noodles were below average, and the onsen egg had no yolk, it was just a pile of EXTREMELY undercooked egg white.

The shio taken was not great. The onsen was just a soft poach and they used kale instead of seaweed. It was bland overall.

I never leave reviews like this but I was so disappointed. The delivery was quick but when it was dropped off it was tied in a plastic bag and inside the brown box was open. 1 mochi was out of the box floating loosely. The sticker I assume that was holding the lid shut was off on the plastic bag. Most mochi were still warm but 3 were rock hard and cold probably from not being sealed properly.
I know it was an accident but I'd rather it take longer than arrive poorly.

The ramen I ordered was delicious but they did not put the egg that was supposed to be there. I don't know how this can even be missed so I was slightly disappointed. However every other part of the ramen was delicious.
