Absolute disaster of an order—completely inedible and prepared completely wrong.
The Cheesesteak: There was absolutely zero cheese on it. Instead, it was slathered in an unrequested sauce, and the actual amount of meat was incredibly stingy, barely covering the bread.
The Jim Rome: It was missing the crucial red pesto and dirty sauce entirely. Instead, it just had a sad, solitary half-slice of tomato, a massive, unappetizing glob of too much avocado, and a tiny amount of sparse lettuce that was already turning brown and unedible.Poor Quality Lettuce: Looking closely at the lettuce on the Jim Rome sandwich section in image.png, the shredded lettuce is incredibly sparse and shows distinct signs of oxidation, with a dull, wilting appearance and brownish edges rather than a fresh, crisp green.

• 5/13/25I had the Steve Young...The meatballs definitely tasted like they were frozen, and the "marinara" on this sandwich is reminiscent of the packet of red sauce that comes with a Lunchables Pizza. Recommending this sandwich when you're craving a meatball sub would be like recommending Chipotle when you want real Mexican food..

• 2/6/25The first time I ordered a 668. TURKEY, TURKEY! it was great- the meat was layered and the presentation was good. That's why I was disappointed when it arrived today and it looked thrown together, had way less meat, and unappealing. I still ate it, it tasted fine, but the appearance of it today verses the other night was night and day.

• 3/16/26Got a whole Sandwitch and it was unbelievably small with a very small amount of meat. I will never order form this Ike's again
I used to order from Livermore and Pleasanton Ike, when I was living in that area last year, and I absolutely loved their quality and big santwitches. in fact half was enough for a meal for me. but I was shocked to day when I ordered a full Sandwitch in Brentwood Ike, and it was so small with a very very little meat. I had to get something else because it was simply to small, and very expensive for 20 buckes with literaly no material, just a big bread with sause. So, frausterating.
