We stated that there is a dairy allergy, and to leave off the cheese - it's even clear as day on the receipt. They still put cheese on the sandwich. Not only that, but who wants to pay $17 for a sandwich that only has ONE thin piece of turkey on it? Do not recommend.

The 9. Bella was AMAZING! Speechless at first taste. My go-to is honey mustard, signature sauce, and grilled mushrooms with all the works. Enjoyed the lettuce wrap this time, and wow, I almost cried it was so good. The chicken with the bacon was a perfect combo, all held together with the avocado - it was heaven in one bite. This is my favorite combination and my favorite sandwich shop. This is a must-try!

I have ordered from Ikes a numberof times. I always request NO dirty sauce. This time, they failed. There was an inedible amount of dirty sauce I had to scrape off and it had almost no cream cheese which made it worse. Very unhappy.

I was actually very disappointed in how messy and sloppy both sandwiches were. I probably will not ever eat here again. There was just way too much sauce and stuff. It is not at all what I expected.

I ordered a very long annoying order and mentioned on the special instructions I was sick and appreciate it. The worker wrote "Get well" on my sandwich and I just about cried. Love you whoever you are!!
