The bolognese was excellent. It was rich, flavorful and had a generous portion of meat in it. My husband andi shared this and there was still a little left.

We got chicken pollo alla parmigianaarancini and pasta tufoli al pomodoro and it was all just okay but extremely expensive and not worth it. The chicken was a small portion with a tiny salad and barely any sauce. If you're looking for a good chicken parm go elsewhere.

The pasta was so mushy it was hard to enjoy the bolognese - which there was not much of. The nonna’s meatballs (6 meatballs( were ok but tasted exactly like
the bolognese.
Chefs should be able to serve to go pasta sufficiently al dente to survive a 20 min drive. Disappointing.

The chicken parm was passable but the appetizer (risotto porcini mushroom balls) was inedibly sweet with no sauce and the side salad had basically oil for the dressing and consisted of only arugula and sliced cherry tomatoes. They could have made a nice vinaigrette as that takes very little effort and put other vegetables in there. As it was, you'd be better off eating plain arugula and cherry tomatoes as just olive oil only accentuates the bitterness of the arugula. They need not spend much more time or spend more money on ingredients but they are clearly unskilled in the kitchen.

The flavors of this dish are OH EM G good. Salmon was fresh and came still hot. Delicious.
