The food was good but the serving size was disappointing for the price. For $40 all you get is 1 scallop, 2 shrimps & a small piece of fish. You are better off going to SSLobster or Kimball's if you want seafood. But I highly recommend Il Forno if you want Italian food.

Chicken Parmigiana with homemade pappardelle is first rate. Tender chicken and tasty sauce. Plenty for 2 servings. Glad I chose Il Forno. will order again.

The Lobster Ravioli had huge pieces of lobster in the ravioli and sauce. Il Forno makes their pasta home made and they dont skimp on filling . They gave a small side salad and garlic bread. We also ordered the Chicken Parmigiana which my boyfriend enjoyed. For dessert we had the Homemade Cannoli which was delicious. Always consistent, arrived hot. I enjoy dining here as well as takeout.

Portion size a bit small, only one scallop, 2 shrimp, and one Fillet along with there not being many onion rings or sweet potato fries. Despite that the food is great, it's not overly greasy and it doesn't have any weird taste. The tartar sauce was great as well, it had a strong hint of either vinegar or vinegrette which I enjoyed. The breading was also a bit soft, but I prefer that over crunchy and excessively greasy and the pizza wasn't my favorite. it definitely felt more homemade then a pizza you'd have outside of this restaurant, but the way it was cooked gave the crust a great consistency. Despite the negatives I have, I feel as though the taste of the Fisherman platter greatly outweighed any other issues, and that's why my rating for this shall be 5 Stars.
