We found this place in 2020. They ha the BEST Rangoons in the city. The prices are a little steep but we normally get several meals from one order.
Today, some of the Rangoons were over cooked and my husband said his lomien and fried rice tasted slighty burned.
Today is NY so maybe the cook was hung
Any we wont stop or Some of the Rangoons were perfection and my dumplings were great.

You know a restaurant's Management Model is TOP DRAWER when you order "last call" delivery for the night ... And EVERYTHING is as FRESH, HOT, and DELICIOUS as if they had just opened!! I ordered the combination lo Lo Mein and 101. Crispy Spring Rolls ... And it was "Chef's Kiss"!!! KUDOS to Imperial Cathay!!!🙏🙌👍👍

When I order the rice combination for lunch, we have it sent to my job $34 and they never ever fill the bowl up, they do for dinner when you walk in I just hate it because normally it's two of us eating out of this dish.
